In Ashhurst back in January 2026, I teamed up with my husband Pjay to turn a shared hobby into something special. Combining his tech skills and my love of art, alongside a fondness for anime, the Fun Owl Collectables story Ashhurst truly took flight. The aim from the start was to create a welcoming place where anyone across New Zealand could enjoy finding collectables that bring them joy, whether it’s 3D art, trading cards, or something quirky from a favourite anime.
